Reni Weixler is the Founder and Principal of Weixler Consulting, a practice established in 2016 that bridges evidence-based therapy with executive coaching and organizational consulting. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified EMDR Therapist, and C-IQ Certified Coach, Reni integrates clinical depth with strategic insight—addressing both the emotional foundations and practical pathways of growth.
Through Weixler Counseling, Reni provides trauma-informed, personalized therapy for individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relational challenges. Her clinical work is grounded in compassion and proven methodologies like EMDR, creating a safe space for healing and lasting change. She also offers executive coaching and leadership consulting for professionals and organizations seeking clarity, resilience, and sustainable success.

Rebekah is a licensed individual and couples therapist, certified yoga instructor, and birth doula specializing in couples counseling, anxiety, OCD, co-dependency, trauma, grief, chronic illness, and perinatal support. With a special interest in guiding clients through seasons of transition—such as parenthood, relationships, career changes, or end-of-life—she helps clients find meaning and transformation in times of challenge. Her approach is personalized, honoring each client’s unique story and tailoring sessions to their needs, goals, and personalities.

Alison Pidgeon is the Founder and CEO of Move Forward Counseling LLC. Since launching as a solo practice in 2015, she has grown the company into a thriving group practice with over 80 employees, eight in-person offices across Pennsylvania, and a statewide online therapy team. A Licensed Professional Counselor since 2009, Alison brings over 20 years of experience in the mental health field and is known for her commitment to both client care and staff well-being.
In addition to leading MFC, Alison is an advocate for mental health reform, regularly meeting with legislators and working to reduce stigma through writing, media appearances, and community initiatives. She also consults with clinicians nationwide, helping them build and grow private practices. While she is not currently taking therapy clients, Alison remains deeply dedicated to expanding access to high-quality mental health care.

Charlotte Leckow
Chief Marketing Officer-
Charlotte Leckow leads marketing, communications, community relations, and business development at Move Forward Counseling, where she has helped the practice expand from two offices with 35 employees to eight offices and a statewide online therapy team. With a background in business development, non-profit communications, and community engagement, she is passionate about reducing stigma around mental health, poverty, and human services access.
Her career includes roles as Communications Director at the Community Action Association of PA and Marketing Coordinator at Mental Health America of Lancaster County, where she co-chaired the Suicide Prevention Coalition and built community partnerships to promote awareness and safety initiatives. Charlotte holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Advertising and Russian Language from Michigan State University, with a double major in German. She continues to champion advocacy, education, and partnerships that connect people to the support and mental health care they need.

Amber Butzer (she/her) is a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive experience in outpatient therapy, crisis intervention, and intensive DBT treatment. She counsels teens (16+), adults, and older adults on a wide range of concerns, including mood disorders, trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and perinatal mental health. Molly McCoy, LCSW

Molly is a licensed individual therapist, certified mindfulness meditation teacher, and certified qigong instructor. She helps clients navigate depression, anxiety, grief, chronic illness, and other life challenges. She also works with individuals looking to enhance their performance (academic, career, athletic, etc). She is welcoming to the LGBTQ+ community and also loves working with the international community. She embraces clients from diverse backgrounds and faith traditions. Molly tries to help clients find meaning from life's trials and build skills of resilience for the journey. She honors each individual's unique story and is actively collaborative in ensuring that therapy is client-centered.
She received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame and her graduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Molly specializes in CBT and has trained at the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She completed a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction practicum at the Jefferson Mindfulness Institute, in Philadelphia, and utilizes Mindfulness-Based Interventions in her therapy practice. She is a certified Meditation teacher and completed training through the University of California, Berkeley, Greater Good Science Center. She is a certified qigong instructor and received her training through Yoga Farm, in Ithaca, New York. She enjoys hosting qigong/mindfulness workshops and is also available for mindfulness coaching and training.
For the past 20 years, Molly has operated a private practice in Center City, Philadelphia. She has had the privilege of working with students at the University of Pennsylvania who hail from around the world. She grew up in Lancaster and is excited to have the opportunity to work at a second office location several days per week.
