Space, Access, and Hours

226 N Arch St, Lancaster, PA 17603. First-floor entrance. Look for the blue door. Follow the check-in instructions in your confirmation email.

Standard access: 6 a.m.–10 p.m. daily. After-hours by plan and booking.

Members receive a unique digital code. Codes are personal. Do not share.

Yes. Offices are sound-treated and include white-noise machines to support client privacy. We do not make HIPAA compliance claims for the building itself.

Accessibility & Parking

Not fully. Historic building with two steps at the entrance and no elevator. Contact us to discuss ground-floor options and alternatives. Contact.

Limited on-site spots are first-come, first-served. Street parking is available on Water St and nearby blocks. Allow extra time during peak hours.

Booking, Billing, and Pricing

Use Optix to reserve spaces by the hour or apply your plan’s included hours. Optix Download.

Add hour bundles at member rates in Optix. Plans & Passes.

Cancel in Optix before the posted cut-off to avoid charges. Late cancellations and no-shows are billed.

Optix bills your card on file monthly. Invoices and receipts are in your Optix account.

Amenities & Tech

Wi-Fi, furnished offices, shared kitchen and hospitality bar, printer access, multipurpose and meeting rooms, community events.

Yes. Reasonable use is included for members. Large print jobs may incur a fee. Instructions are posted by the printer.

Yes. Member SSID with password. Do not share credentials.

Yes. Sound-treated offices with white noise. Bring your own device and headset.

Limited locked storage by plan and availability. Contact for openings.

Events & Multipurpose Room

Yes. Book the multipurpose room by the hour. After-hours and recurring bookings are available. Book Multipurpose.

Chairs, tables, and a basic projector are available on request. Include setup and reset time in your booking.

Typical range 6–20 depending on layout. Ask for guidance on your format.

Policies

Registered clients and guests may enter for scheduled sessions and events. Host must remain on-site and is responsible for guests.

Keep voices low in halls and common areas. Use booked rooms for calls and groups.

Hospitality bar is shared. Label items in the fridge. Clean surfaces after use.

Nightly light clean is provided. A reset fee applies if extra cleaning is required.

Security cameras monitor common areas. Report incidents immediately. Do not prop exterior doors.

Practitioners must carry their own professional and general liability insurance per plan terms.
