Inspire Wellness Collective Event Cancellation Policy

Cancellations Made More Than 7 Days Before the Event
Participants are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable processing fees.
Cancellations Made 3–6 Days Before the Event
Participants are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
Cancellations Made Less Than 3 Days Before the Event
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the event.
No-Shows
Participants who do not attend the event and fail to provide prior notice are not eligible for a refund.

If Inspire Wellness Collective cancels or reschedules an event, participants will have the following options:
- Full Refund: A refund of the registration fee, including processing fees.
- Credit Transfer: The option to apply the registration fee to a future event.
Force Majeure: If the cancellation or rescheduling is due to circumstances beyond Inspire Wellness Collective’s control (e.g., natural disasters, public health emergencies, or government restrictions), participants will have the same options as above. Refunds or rescheduling decisions will be handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the specific circumstances.

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@inspirewellco.com.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of approval.

If a participant cannot attend, they may transfer their registration to another individual at no additional cost.
Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to hello@inspirewellco.com at least 48 hours before the event start time.

Any transaction or processing fees charged during registration are non-refundable, except when the event is canceled by Inspire Wellness Collective.

Cancellations Made More Than 14 Days Before the Event
Event organizers are eligible for a full refund, minus a non-refundable deposit or processing fees if applicable.
Cancellations Made 7–13 Days Before the Event
Event organizers are eligible for a 50% refund of the booking fee.
Cancellations Made Less Than 7 Days Before the Event
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date.
Force Majeure: If an event organizer cancels due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, public health emergencies, or government restrictions), Inspire Wellness Collective will issue refunds or allow the booking to be rescheduled on a case-by-case basis.

A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure the space. This deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances except when Inspire Wellness Collective cancels the booking.
If the event organizer fails to show up or cancels without prior notice, they forfeit all fees paid.
