Qigong is an ancient Chinese mind-body practice that incorporates slow, gentle movements with breath and awareness. This experiential workshop integrates Qigong and mindfulness practices to promote the flow of energy, improve balance, increase mobility, and enhance overall well-being.

During this 3-hour workshop, participants will learn about and practice various forms of Qigong. There will be periods of guided mindfulness meditation as well as small group discussions.

The workshop is open to everyone at any fitness level and is appropriate for beginners as well as those with previous mindfulness or Qigong experience.
