Monday, April 14, 2025 • 6pm

In this workshop, you’re invited to explore the transformative power of poetry as a way to process, honor, and share your grief. Whether you're mourning the loss of a loved one, a relationship, or a part of yourself, this space is designed to hold you with compassion and safety. Through guided prompts and gentle discussion, we’ll explore how poetry can become a tool for healing, connection, and self-expression. No prior writing experience required.

Rebekah Coval is a licensed mental health therapist, certified yoga instructor, birth doula, songwriter, poet, and lover of dance. She seeks to bring the contemplative and the creative into all of her work. Rebekah is endlessly fascinated and moved by the human heart in all of its suffering and joy.
